Here are the particulars:
CP 201i 2.02 patched with all latest SUs and baeline PEPs.
Desktop users (client is 4.something) are having an issue whereby they can receive faxes fine. However, when they go to print the fax, they don't get the printer pop-up screen for printer selection. When this happens, if they close their printer screen and wait for a minute or so and try again, everything is normal and they can choose their printer and print away.
Any thoughts as to why this could be happening?
