CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?
JUST INSTALLED A CICS 6.1 WITH A CALL PILOT 100
SET UP A HOME NODE AND ALL THE EXTENSIONS ARE SET UP ON A TRANSFER NODE IN THE CCR TREE. WHEN SAY I TRANSFER TO DN 26, IT GOES TO DN 27.ETC. ALL BOXES HAVE BEEN INITIALIZED. WHEN I TRY TO TRANSFER TO DN 25, IT SAYS DN NOT INITIALIZED? BUT IT IS, AND ALL THE SETS WORK WITH THERE PROPER NUMBERS. WHAT GIVES, IT'S GOT TO BE STUPID ON MY BEHALF? AND YES I HAVE RE-BOOTED.

THANK YOU
DONH

OK here's a couple guesses to try.

Option 1 would be the reboot. I know you already did that. I would bring the KSU up first to time and date, then power up the voicemail itself. Worth a shot.

Option 2 Are you sure that your mailbox number matches the dn extension. example mailbox 25 is associated with extension 25. Check that under mailbox admin in the voicemail.

Option 3 Anytime I have a voicemail involved, I always set the extensions to three digits or more. You can only have hunt groups with three or more digit extensions. It would make your life easier down the road in case your customer would want hunt groups later. Just a suggestion.

From what I get from your problem would be to check option 2 which is to make sure your numbers are in line.

Hope that helps.
