Call Pilot 2.0 with MICS 6.1

Hello All,

I'm having a problem with a Call Pilot 100. I've setup a CCR tree, but the CP won't pickup the calls. It just puts the caller into the GM. I have verified that the operator settings. I have tried to disable and reenable the tree to no avail. It seems that no matter what I do the AA will not answer with the custom greetings or invoke the CCR tree. I have also insured that the CO lines are set to be answered by the AA. This is the first CP unit that I have tried to install. Has anyone else been having these types of problems?

What mailbox number is GD? 100? is it attached to the reception set? is call forward no answer set to a greater value than AA?

Thanks for the reply.

The GD mail box is 100. It is not attached to the reception set. Call forward no answer on the reception set is set to 5 rings. The AA is set to answer in 4 rings. The primary/attendant set is 244 for both CO lines and CP.

Make sure there is no other port (with or without a phone plugged into it)that has does not a voice mail box associated with it. If that port is set to ring on outside lines the AA with answer and send the call to GDMB.
