Anyone else having problems with Call Pilot 150 that work for a month or two and then quit working. I have a site that has been thru 3 Call Pilot 150's in about 5 months. And it appears that the problem lie's with in the PCMCIA card. After that gets replaced the system works. Anyone else having simular problems. This is an 8 port call pilot with 200 mailbox's

Thanks in advance,

I have had it happen once , but we replaced the whole unit and have not had any more problems. Before we replaced it , we did the power cord , that was what we were told to do and where the problems lies. However that did not work either. If you are replacing the whole unit , I would bet Money its something to do with the power going into the unit. Make sure you have a dedicated grounded outlet!!! very important. I had one system every time there refrigerator kicked in , the system would go down. they told me it was a dedicated outlet and after having a electriction come out & after 3 systems go down , we found out the fridge was on the same circuit. once dedicated , it was fixed.
battery back up/ surge always a must as well!!
