Call pilot 150

I upgrade a Callpilot from 1.5 to 2.0 and now I'm having problems when people call in to check the messages.They will press double star to get to there voicemail and it will send them to the wrong place.Any suggestions?

Did you check to see if the interface, Call Pilot or NVM remained the same?

We have a similiar situation right now. 1.5 worked fine, 2.1 did not.

please tell me:

1. What release is your KSU?
2. Do you have a T1 or PRI?
3. Are the callers that are having problems calling from
cell phones or land lines?

I'd like to compare notes with you. We have MICS 6.1, PRI and it's cell phone users from newer cell phones (nextel & verizon) that are having the problems.

NARSBARS is probably right make sure you are using NVM not Call Pilot emulation. ** doesn't work in Call Pilot mode.

Sounds like it telemarv. ** is a NAM prompt.

There is also a DSP firmware upgrade that might help this problem.

One of the other things to upgrade on the CP is the boot loader. If you are using an older one, it might cause problems.
