hi all.can someone tell me if there is a quick way to install call reporting.and how to set it up for all reports to be seen on a pc.
thanks in advance.

First off you need the keycode to allow it to work. Your CP must be hookedup to your network with a static IP. Then you need to install the reporting server software on a PC in the same subnet as the CP.
