I have a school using the CP. They want to call in remotely and change the AA recording for inclement weather. I have looked through the manual but not able to find the right stuff. Any help appreciated.

Yes easy.

Call in as if checking a normal message but use the system managers mailbox.
Once your logged in press 99 for admin options then 2 to change a greeting.

By default the Business Closed Greeting uses greeting #4 so change 4 then close the business.
or
Just re-record greeting number 1

Example
Greeting 1 - Business is set to Open - Thank you for calling Mary's hair salon...followed by CCR.
Greeting 4 - Business is set to Closed - Thank you for calling Mary's hair salon, please note due to Fabian being in town we will not be open today.....followed by CCR.
