Is there a way to make all incoming lines go directly to the General delivery mail box regardless of ringing or appearence?

Are you using the systems AA? If so then all calls automatically transfer to GD if zero or nothing is pressed.

On a CP you can set the home path of a CCR tree to transfer directly to a mailbox.

Call pilot is set to answer after four rings on all lines, AA is on, CCR tree has only one path "0" which goes to int 10.

But callers are hearing Geeting 1, instead of going right to GD, any thoughts?

You'll have to explain your operation. So you want no AA at all?
Easiest way is to turn off Answering by F982 > Answer Lines = N

Set mailbox 10 ext to any ringing telephone DN and set CFNA of that phone to the CP DN with a ring delay as long as you wish.
