Does anyone know if you can restrict a phone from getting incoming call once auto-attendent answers?? I have a customer that has certain phones they want no incoming or outgoing calls.I can restrict the outgoing ones but on incoming ones, once the auto-attendent answers I don 't know of a way to keep the extension from being dialed.Everything is answered by auto-attendent on 0 rings,no CCR used.

But what if not busy?

I suggest change the DN and then put a name to the phone so they dont call another set to see what the ext is.

Not sure if creating a mailbox as INFO only with the same ext number would help?.

Thanks for your input RikRodgers and curlycord.I think what is happening is since I have restricted the phones from dialing out,the people near these phones at night are telling family and friends to call them on a certain extension and they sit and talk instead of working. So once the AA answers nothing keeps them from dialing a extension number. That is what I need to block.
