Call Pilot 150 w/Opt 11

I am doing an install of a 150 on a Opt 11. This is not a new install, the system was in use somewhere else. How do I get the CP password?

I guess I could hook it up to a Norstar and reset it that way.

I connected the CallPilot 150 to a Norstar 4.0 and the channels/ports would never answer. I could not get into the callpilot period. None of the F98 codes would work. Any other ideas?

Is there a way to reset it? Change it? Wipe it out?

I'm assuming you are referring to CP mini (looks like the CP150) mini is for option system only 150 is for norstar only

look at the CP Mini Installation Maintenance Guide for the procedure for resetting the password (i'm not posting it here for obvious reasons)

Had to use the Nortel Itas pwds to reset.
