Call Pilot 150 Unifed Mess.

Norstar MICS 7.1 Call Pilot 3.1 I have a customer that is using Unified Messaging with Outlook 2003. The time stamp in Outlook shows the incorrect time. When they login to their mailbox through a set and listen to the message envelope it has the correct time and date. This is not one I've seen before anyone have any suggestions
 
Try a reboot. No patches just upgrades for the CP 100/150.
 
I agree about a reboot for the CP. Check the time on the MICS/CICS then reboot the CP. It pulls the time from the Norstar

Yes the message envolope says the correct time and date when checking the message via handset. Its just in the Call Pilot store of Outlook that it is incorrect.
