Having trouble with a call pilot 150. No problem logging in or accessing vm boxes, but once I try to access the table I get

when trying to obtain/Voicemail-cgi-bin/F983Wui.exe?
Any ideas of what could have caused this? I upgraded the rls to the latest available(31.10.35.22) on the nortel site but that didn't seem to help either. I also took a backup and restored it on a lab system, but the same trouble persists. I really don't want to reprogram the whole system, but I don't know if I have any other choice. Seems like corrupt data...any ideas?
