I have a Call Pilot 150 with v1.1 software.I had an employee leave and when deleting her voice mail box she had over 1,300 new messages. I attempted to delete the box and the system got 'hung up' on Feature 981. when I attempt to log into Feature 983 it will not go to "Log". The set continues to display "Feature 983". It does not say "Inactive Feature" The voice mail will answer lines but will not play the individual greetings.

I did power down and power back up the system. it does come back up but with the same issues. I do not have a terminal connected and use a T-16 set for administration. any suggestions?

Try power down, pull software out, power up, after 10 minutes power down and slide software back in and power up.
A tech with laptop works best.

Scott from Toronto?

The set continues to display "Feature 983"

Reboot the both systems too.

Just a thought, the CP is working in the background trying to delete a gazillion messages so maybe it just appears locked up because it cannot handle anything else.

Okay. So the Call Pilot went into configuration mode. Lesson 1: back up your call pilot. I reconfigured and I am re entering the voice boxes under "Add". After about 20 succesful new boxes now it will not let me add a 'subscriber' box. The default type has become 'information'. The soft key 'Next' will not change the type.

What am I missing?

Oy! Key codes.I bought this from a distributor who is out of business. so I guess my only option is to buy new key codes? what numbers do they come in? is 40 the max?
