We recently reloaded the software on our Call Pilot 150 v3.1. Everything is working on the Call Pilot. However, our reporting server isn't working. When we test it the first two ports pass, but the Real Time port fails. We then connected a laptop to the Call Pilot via cross over cable... had the same failure. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot exactly what the problem is?
