Call Pilot 150 (Press # not working

I have a Call Pilot 150 that is with Norstat MICS Rls 5.0 When the Auto Attn. plays we have a option to press the Pound key for Dial by name. When the # key is pressed we just receive dead air then eventually routes to the operator. No changes have been made recently. I was wondering if it just needs a reboot. Thanks for your help.

before trying the reboot, check the system options for the dial by name prefix ...it is 11 ...

make sure u have a backup before u shutdown/ power up. esp if the release is 1.5 ... as the original bootloader is flaky

Thannks for the reply. I checked that earlier and it is set for (1,1) I wondered what the coalition was for 1,1 and hitting pound. Our software I believe is 2.0. The v.m. was installed in November 2003

I did re-boot the system and the # worked for a day. The following day the same thing happened. The pound key did not work. This has happened about 3 days in a row. Thanks for your help in advance.
