Call Pilot 150 plays "Exiting the system, goodbye" at the end of menu 1

This is probably something really easy to fix...

When "Menu 1" plays on my customer's system if you do not make a selection by the time the greeting stops playing the AA says "Exiting the system, goodbye".

Call is then disconnected.

It should time out to the operator...
 
By design it exists....obviously if no selection is made then nobody is there so it disconnects the call.
Nothing you can do about it and rightly so.....you don't want your lines tied up.

The only time it will default to operator is at the beginning where it thinks perhaps the caller has a rotary phone.


You could simply tell them to press * to go back, re-record your greeting but say it 3 times or setup a repeat key.
