Hello All-

Just wondering, is there a way to edit the class of service on a CP150 via a telephone to remove the password expiry?

TIA!

Thanks for the reply. Anyone wanna give me the condensed version of where this is located?

when u login to teh callpilot (with internet explorer/ netscape) click on class of service ... and there you have it

Actually you can edit class of service through the phone. Login to F983, press the MBOX softkey, press 1 on the dialpad, and then you can enter a class of service to edit. This also works on the NAM R4.1.

thats cool brian never knew that ...always used a pc to do that ... as per nortel's instructions

Exsmogger-

Actually, I gave those instructions to a customer to try, but they told me it didn't work...I knew it could be done on a NAM 4.1, but puzzled why they're saying it didn't function on the CP150 (essentially, they said after they hit mbox, then 1, nothing happened)...

Thanks for clearing that up. I was all excited that it was something new in the C P 2.0 stuff that I had missed.

No problem. If your schedule has been as crazy as mine has been the last couple of weeks, I understand the brain fart concept perfectly :)

Thx for the help. This forum rocks.
