Call Pilot 150 on a Opt. 11c - Please Help!

Its been a while since I last logged-in on my call-pilot. Tried to log-in with the default password, however, it won't accept it.

Does anybody know how to reset the password since my phones are 3903s and 04s (they don't have the "Feature" button to do the F985). Also, I've noticed before that the call-pilot would ask me for a new pswd everytime I would log-in. Is this normal? how can stop it from doing that?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to try the BCM forum/Norstar forum who is more familiar with this type of Call Pilot.
