Hello All,
We have a Call Pilot Mini with a broken Ethernet port and can't access the web browser to perform maintenance or a backup. Can this be done through the 9 Pin terminal com port or through an Admin mailbox? We have another NVM to replace it with but no way of restoring the current database. Please Advise. Thanks in advance....

Not that I know of, you probably can re-program it from scratch fairly quickly.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

Just take the software out of one and put it in the other and boot up.

Your problem might be key codes, you need to raise a ticket with Avaya if so to transfer them.

If the new system is used and same or more key codes then no worries.
