Call-Pilot 150 Message Notification re-sets every night?!? 1

I have a client who insists his message notification re-sets (defaults) every night. When he returns to the office in the morning, he must re-initialize message notification in his mailbox (add tel #, time, etc.).

Is this a bug in the Call-Pilot 150's?

What version of Callpilot is this? There were some issues with the 1.5 version.

You easily upgrade the Callpilot to 2.01 level by downloading the 2.01 upgrade file off the Nortel website. It takes around 10-20 minutes and all programming/recordings remain intact.
 
Not sure of the version. It was a recent install. I'll check when on-site.

Maybe he isn't listening to the canned message when he gets the call. I was guilt of this quite a few time. If you hit 2 instead of 1 to login, it turns the notification off. It's confusing because after you hit 1 and login you press 2 to listen to the messages.
 
It's not turning off, it's defaulting. e.g. when client comes to work in the morning, he must re-enter his telephone #, hours, etc. Screen indicates "not initialized".
