Call Pilot 150 locks up when going from day to night.

Howdy,

I have a Call Pilot 150 that keeps locking up when going from day mode to night mode and visa/versa. The system requires a system reboot when ever the customer gets back into the office, after the reboot every thing is ok until the night mode comes back into effect at 9pm. Any suggestions on a programming error that I might fix. Any suggestions on anything at all. Thank in advance.

Sorry I am not being so specific. All that I really know is that the system "LocksUp" meaning when it goes into night mode the auto attendent stops working and the feature codes become inactive. "Feature 983 Inactive". It requires a shutdown/power-up to use the feature codes again. It does this when the unit goes into night mode and also when the unit goes from night mode to day mode. Otherwise the system works perfectly all day or all night after the restart is performed. Does this help out at all?
 
pls post your bootloader/ software version of CP
change the powersupply if it is getting heated
 
Ask the customer to stay open 24/7, so that they will not interfere with your equipment.

I agrree... You should never have told them the night-time option existed. The less features they know about, the less things that can break.

(seriously- I never just offer it up...they have to say: "can we have a different message after hours?....ohhh alright dammit)
