We have recently installed the Call Pilot 150 software and are trying to get the reporting working. I have looked at the threads on this site and have yet to find a solution. We have Enhanced Call Center installed with the Call Center Reporting Key Code entered. We have installed the Call Center Reporting Master Client version 2.1 software(the only one that would open after being intalled) on a stand alone PC running Windows XP with no service packs and no updates and also installed Java version 1.4 as suggested on another post. The software appears to be working and the RDB server is running with the IP address of the Call Center enterd in the Security tab, but we are receiving no communications (ie data) from the Call Center. When reviewing the install instruction manual it says to enter the IP address of the Master Client PC in the Call Center via Call Center>General Properties. There is no place to enter the IP where the manual says it should be. We have opened up all the appropriate ports and also looked at the setup via a serial connection to see if there were any options to enter the IP address of the Master Client PC with no avail. If anyone has any ideas please help. This real time reporting is essential to our help desk. Thanks ahead of time

Install update service pack 2 but nothing higher than that!!!!
See if that helps.

THe very first thing that everyone has told me is to make sure the operating system is as basic as posiible. I was informed to insttall XP with no service packs and/or updates. What will updating to service pack 2 do for me?

Coming from someone who has worked on all Norstar/BCM products for the past 15 years - The call center reporting was very bad on a BCM and even worse on a Call Pilot 150. Just walk away, you'll live longer and have less grey hairs.

We are very happy with Xima reporting off of IP Office so perhaps it's time for an upgrade.
