Call Pilot 150 DTMF Issues

I have a customer with a CP150 mini. They are having issues with transferring to extensions. At least 15-20 times a day a customer or employee of the company will call in, get the AA, dial "255" (example)and get a Invalid Extension" message.
Has anyone ran across this before?
 
there is a DN Redirect patch for the CP150 for DTMF, not sure if would or would not work on the Mini.
 
Older version cp100 cp150 have known issue. You need dsp 8 patch to fix problem. Anything under 3.0 I think is affected.
 
Thanks for your help!! It looks like installing the patch may do the trick. Does anyone know where I can get this patch? Thanks again!!!
