Call pilot 150 does not intergarte tranfered call.

I have a customer who has a Call pilot 150 with 100 mailboxes and about 90 phones on an MICS. has been in for about a year. All was working great. About 3 weeks agos. They started complaining about vocie mail problems.

PROBLEM: When you are transfer to an extension either by the receptionist or the AA the call rings 3 times the is answered and says "The person you have called is not available. using the dail pad please enter the extension you wish to call. To use the company directory # To reach the operator press 0."
BUT If you do a direct transfer f986 it go to the persons mail box O.K.
The cfna is set normally. This sytem worked for a long time. This is on all extensions and mail boxes I tested.

Any thought would be greatly appreciated.

Tech support says ddefault ssytem. But the customer has lost the keycodes for mail boxes. So Who knows.

HELP!! PLEASE !!

Doing a re-install on the system should not lose any of the mailboxes.
 
Double check f985 for vmail dn, then make sure sets are set to that dn. If you have network access to the call pilot make sure redirect dn is set to none or off, (can't remember which).
 
I did the feature 985. All the extnsion are cfna to that DN. I can hook up my lap top to see if redirect DN is set to none. But I am not on sight. If you can be a little more exact as to where to look. Are we talking about coinfiguration menu in call pilot?? I appreciate your help.

Sorry, redirect not available on 3.1. What happens if you call the ext internally, does it go to mbox or person not available. Does the mbox have the extension set in it?
 
Another thought, When you log in to f983 press 4, see if voicemail is set to Y.
 
Call ext internally does the same thing as a transfer (person not available). Yes the xtension is set up on the mbox prgramming.

Hawk says if I do a reinstall I will not loose prgramming. I am just shcecking to get another confirmation on that. But I in no way inply thta hawk answer is incorrect. Just looking for another confirm.

F983 log in press 4 it ask for a password??

I really appreciate the brain storming. Just to clarify I have installed about 30 call pilots 100 and 150 but 1st time this has happened. On a up and runnning system.

A reinstall does default the system. You do not lose keycodes.

Check your Xfer Callback in System-Features. Set the ring amount to equal rings in CFNA. Also, check the DRT to Prime and delay. I always set the ring amounts to be equal (all usually 4). If one is greater (the manuals differ on this) you get problems like yours.
 
I had a similar problem. log into call pilot with lap top or pc and check your tables below ccr options you will see a check box to allow or disallow extention transfers durring the time period Morning afternoon evening or non bus make sure none of these are checked
 
Hi ALl,

I finally resovled this issue today. It makes me crazy that it was something simple. As a matter a fact it was addressed by phoneguy427 (I think) in his reponse to this e-mail. But He did not follow up with the pass wrod.

Any way I hooked up my laptop went in under system configuration. The second thing down said voice mail enabled. It was uncheched. As soon as I checked it and rebooted all worked fine. But this system has never had a laptop connected to it before. So I can not figure out why it ever changed. Considering that the system was funtional for over a year.

Any thoughts.

Any way wanted to share.

If you log in to f983 and when you see mbox AA other, press 4, you should get the voicemail enabled (y or n). Not allowed to give passwords for log in. Sys administrator should have it.
