CALL PILOT 150 DN WILL NOT CHANGE 1

In an upgrade from a 4port flash to call pilot 150 the dn changed. i had previously changed the dn for the flash using system programing....change dns to dn 250 and everything worked great. when i initilized the cp150 f985 stated the dn was 254. needing the dn to be 250 i changed the dn 254 to 250. feature 985 confirmed 'set 250' however this stopped the entire voice mail system from working. i confirmed that no answer capabilities were set to 250. however when a station forwarded after 4 rings the call pilot answered and then hung up without playing the greeting. when i dial dn250 from a set expecting the password prompt the screen displays 'not allowed' and hangs up.i removed all the previous flash feature codes before the cp150 was installed. when i change the cp150 dn back to 254 everything works.

nortel fluke or am i missing something?......thanx.

is autoset relocation off if no turn off and try to change again also when you changed your dns it changed them everywhere.. all you forward to vm and hunt busys got changed look at that to

ill check the auto set relocation. your right it did change all the no answer forward dns automatically.....but i did change them all to 250. thanx for the help...ill let you know.

Are your mod cords backwards?

im gonna try and change the cords around this wkend, but i simply added the two other ports on the black/yellow rj11 post. i made sure the cords went into the call pilot as they came outa the flash.
