Call Pilot 150 won't boot. The user was doing a backup using BRU and when it completed none of the ports would answer. He rebooted and the ports ring but do not answer. A *983 or *985 just shows unavailable. The CP reboots itself cyclicly. Sounds to me like the NVRAM got hosed. Are there any options short of replacement?

-Check that it is connected properly to KSU (Check Maintenance) or it will not boot
-Unplug Network cable in case of IP issue which will cause boot issue
-Make sure the software is in tight and firm and in the back slot
-Check if 8 or 9 volt power supply, try another if you have....should be 8 volts as 9 were defective.
-Check 9*1 to see if the codes changed
-Check LED status
-Make sure you are giving 10 minutes boot time
-Hook up laptop and use Hyper terminal to view the boot sequence

Make sure the first port has a working port off of the phone system. If the CP doesn't detect one it will reboot.
