The call pilot has been programmed to hang up if someone dials "0" instead of following the CCR tree. Our customer wants to change and start the home menu over instead of hanging up if they dial "0". How do we do this?
In the greeting table make the attendent the dial zero phones extension then go to the OPERATOR status feature 982 or in the IE call pilot manager and make the ATT. YES and EXT.#.
