I have a Call Pilot 150 where the CCR and IVR on 2 of the 4 ports have stopped working. All 4 port lights are on. The system will answer the lines as programmed, but when you try to enter a extension to transfer or select a CCR option it is dead air. It does not disconnect. All other options appear to be working such as forward no answer and voice mail transfer. The other 2 ports appear to be working without issue. The CCR tree programming is in tact. Any suggestions? Or just unplug it or plug it back in? Thanks.
