Call pilot 150 can you to urn FTP off?

I have a customer who had a vulnerabilty scan of there network. And the call pilot came back with FTP on. I connected the Callpilot 150 several years ago. They have about 230 users. They only use the IP connection for administration of the call pilot. The question they asked me is can they turn off the FTP. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thank you

This hint might help you to see if it allows you access to that setting by poking around.

Hyperterminal required via 9pin serial.

If you see that a gateway was entered along with the IP then remove it to see if helps maybe.
