Call Pilot 150 Call Center Server and Reporting for Call Center

Unable to get the reporting to comminicate with call pilot. At first I was getting connection error, checked all setting and re-booted server and CP. Now it seems to be connecting but cannot download the skillsets. Any sugestions?
