We are having difficulty wiht the call center reporting coming into a PC. Are there any experts out there wiht some good tech tips. We have a MICS 7.1 with Call Pilot 150 with advanced call center and call center reporting key codes. Everything is working but cant get the reports to come in. Need immediate help a post or a call would be appreciated 310 779 1600

Most of the time, its the version of java you are using. Search my post for the correct one (1.4.2 I think).
