I have a customer with a CP 150-version 31.10.14.22.
They are using full A.A. & call center/v.m.
It is connected to their lan.
They can't seem to view real time certain agents that are logged in/out to their particular skill set.
We re-booted-had the agents log in/out etc....
They also had an issue with the entire customer data base being erased? (I ran into this @ another site-all data mia?)
Any ideas?
What is the latest version of the Call Pilot 150?
Is the CP 100/150 still in production?
