I'm having trouble getting unified messaging to work.

One of the help files seems to indicate that desktop messaging and Unified Messaging offer different functionality. I can't find any documentatiom on Unified Messaging.

I tried installing desk top messaging but encountered problems with log-on.
We have a Win2k/XP environment, both outlook and outlook express and Exchange Server.

Thanks...

I need to know if the Call pilot Desktop mesaging keycodes are the same as the BCM Unified Messaging key codes. I need to buy 20 seats of DESKTOP messaging for a Callpilot 150 but all I cam come up with is :

NTAB3118 BCM Unified Messaging - 1-Seat
NTAB4071 BCM Unified Messaging - 4-Seat
NTAB4072 BCM Unified Messaging - 8-Seat
NTKC0007 BCM Unified Messaging - 16-Seat
NTKC0008 BCM Unified Messaging - 32-Seat
NTKC0009 BCM Unified Messaging - 64-Seat

Can anybody help me with the part numbers.....or is this what I need?
