Call Pilot 150 ACD repoting installation trouble

We are trying to install call repoting for ACD on a Call Pilot 150with ACD basic. We have installed the call reporting key code and followed the installation instruction without success. When we try to test the connectivity we pass the first test but recieve a error message unable to connect to port 2222.
