Call Pilot 150 ACD Call Reporting (skillsets do not populate)

Installed Call Center Server and applocation.
All tests on all ports pass. Everything appears as if it should work just fine.
However, when I try to look at reports I am asked to choose the skillset but there are no skillsets to choose from.

The manual says to disable and enable skillsets, reboot Call Pilot 150, and/or reboot ACD reporting Server.

I tried all 3 and I still have the same problem.

Also in the Maintenance setion, I select view download status and it doesn;t move from 31 % and the time just increases endlessly. I've ssen it run for 5 hours and not move from 31%.

What am I doing wrong???

Anyone have any suggestions?

Does the verification tool pass all tests.
In the connection page do you have the server IP address in both places I just got burned on this by putting the CP 150 IP adress in the top part.
 
The verification tool does pass all tests.
However, I don't remember what addresses I used.
I will check this to make sure.
However, I am almost certain I entered the correct addresses because I read the install instructions pretty carefully but I will definiately double check and post my findings.
