Installed Call Center Server and applocation.
All tests on all ports pass. Everything appears as if it should work just fine.
However, when I try to look at reports I am asked to choose the skillset but there are no skillsets to choose from.
The manual says to disable and enable skillsets, reboot Call Pilot 150, and/or reboot ACD reporting Server.
I tried all 3 and I still have the same problem.
Also in the Maintenance setion, I select view download status and it doesn;t move from 31 % and the time just increases endlessly. I've ssen it run for 5 hours and not move from 31%.
What am I doing wrong???
