We had a customer whose CP 150 crashed. We replaced with another Call Pilot. Customer is saying that before the unit crashed they used to be able to see that they had Calls in Queue by their Login button flashing on the phone. Now it just is a solid triangle showing they are logged in but does not flash when calls are in queue.
Is that a feature of 3.1 software? I don't see anywhere in programming to make this happen.

What feature number is the button you programmed?

Did you down grade them?

Looks like after the primary alert time when the call has been in the Q too long then it will flash.....flash quickly when the 2ndaryalert timer goes off.
Look at the general call center properties to play with timers.

Maybe their old timers was set low purposely to show what you want sooner than later.

i.e
Primary - 1 second
Secondary 2 minutes
