Call Pilot 150 2.0

I have a call pilot actually 2 sites with 150 units both about the same release 2.0. When I do a back up on them they both do not complete back up. The screen will pop up and say back up not complete or option ended something like that. The end result is the call pilot is stuck and needs to be rebooted twice with power on and off to come back into operation.

Any ideas guys...

Upgrade to 3.1. 2.0 is buggy.

So insert the upgrade card and do the process

Yes. Power off, put the upgrade card in the upper slot, and power on. Give it at least 20 minutes to complete. Once the upgrade has been completed, power off, remove the upgrade card, and power on.
