I am trying to set up custom call routing and every time I try to record the voice message on the tree, my internet explorer crashes. Everything else I have ever set up works fine. I have checked the jit compiler in IE and am using IE 6.0. Any suggestions?

Make sure the tree is disabled before you begin working on it, go into tables and say CCR Tree NONE.

I had actually given the wrong extension when I went to record the voice prompt. When I entered the extension I was sitting at, everything worked fine.
It seems funny the browser would crash every time I hit record before I had the receiver picked up to record
