call pilot 100

I can't connect via my Pc to call pilot 100. I ping it.
Do i need to plus a system with the call pilot and after that trying to connect via PC

Maybe the web service portion on your Call Pilot is disabled. Did you try to reboot Call Pilot to see if it clears? That would be if it was working prior to your issue.
