Call pilot 100 with call center auto attendant

Hi, i have to set up auto attendant in call center.
#1 sales
#2 service
#3 shipping

But calls should be on hold with a waiting message playing While the person become available to answer.


Should i use skillset ?
How to setup ?

That is a tall order and not answered quickly, higher a tech, go to a training course or read the manuals for CCR - Custom Call Routing in the Callpilot Setup & Operation Guide and also the Skillset and Caall Center portion in the Nortel Call Center Set Up and Operation Guide.

Make sure you have the Call Center key code enabled if you do not see it's programming.

But yes you need
