I can't get the vm company greeting to answer.
I have deleted all trees and started from scratch.
I've recorded a company greeting-1.
I created a home node ccr tree-1 and recorded a msg.
I created a transfer node w\ccr tree 1. Path 1 ext-221
Path 2 ext-225. Path 3 ext-226.
I have set up greeting table as 1 with morn.,noon,eve. and non-business all to 1.
ATDT is x-225
Morning, noon, eve. and non business ccr trees-1
Mail box's 221,225and 226 have been initialized.
When you call the main number. It rings 3 times and you get the VM box of ext-225. This is a real basic setup. Nothing fancy. What am I missing? Is it in the phone system or VM.?
Thanks for anyone who can help.

Check your forward no answer prompt on ext 225. If you have any ringing line appearances on your exts you have to offset your FNA. {ie: If you want the greeting to pickup after 3 rings then set your FNA on your sets to 4.

Did you set your line answering in the CP?
Did you turn on Ans Lines & set Attd in Operator Status?

I agree with BillyC001. Ext 225 must have CFNA to VM set. reemove the setting and make sure the lines in the vm are set to answer.

Ensure that the number of rings for the AA to answer is less than (or at least equal to) the number of rings that any ringing set on the system that has forward no answer to voicemail on it.

This will ensure that the AA picks up the call before any ringing set forwards the caller to a mailbox.

Just wanted to say thanks to those that replied. I found that on ext.225,I had set the CFNA to MB 233 but I forgot to change the ringing as was suggested. Changed the CFNA ring setting to 4 on that ext.and that fixed my problem.
