is there a way to reconfigure (wipe clean) a cp100 w/20 boxes
and not lose extra boxes.this is customer who already had the cp100 and installed by a previous vendor and i don't have the key codes.thanks. nlv

I think (not sure) you can do a "reinstall" without losing the extra box's. I'm taking a guess on this because I have a CP150 with Enhanced Call Center (input keycode) and I reinstalled/reconfigured it and did not have to put the keycode in again.

Keycodes are not affected by a REINSTALL. You can safely set the system back to default without losing your mailboxes.
