Call Pilot 100 - VM turned off- still works

Hello All,
I have a client with a cp100. We have recently disabled VM and created a new ccr tree to only xfer call to gen delivery after pressing 1 to leave a message. That being said, somehow,,,, calls are still being xfered to the mailboxes.
I have checked table and it is using the proper tree.
Any ideas ?

Have you deleted the vm boxes and removed the forward no answer and/or forward busy programming in the system ?

Actually you can leave the Forward no answer just remove the mailboxes so if sombody dials an extension from the AA and no answer the call will divert to the GD MB.
