We havea MICS that use to have a fiber NAM version 4.0 on it. We were given a Call Pilot 100. Can we install the new Call Pilot on this MICS unit even though it does not support fiber? IF so what ports do I punch it down on?

THis is a 2 port Call Pilot

Thanks!

it goes on any 2 open digital ports, 2 in a row would be best.

And if the system had a vm before you need to remove the vm features .feature * 1.

I'd keep it on the KSU ports, and remember you'll have a new Vmail Pilot number (ftr985).

I dont think callpilots are supported before 4.1 are they?

He probably means 5.0 sw. I've seen some older MICS sw cards with DR x.x on them.

Yes, it should work.
