I have a CP100 installed for a client for 10 years now. They have an application that we wanted to do which would use voicemail to email and the CP100 has 1 license in it. So we said we should be able to set that for you. Not thinking about newer computers and older CP100 software 3.1 we do not see the fields in the CP100 programming in configuration for the smtp info and all email info. I guess we need xp to make this work for them. Not sure if this is possible with newer computers. Please advise what we need to do to try to get unified working on 1 mail box for client.

Try Configuration/System properties.
You need to install the client software too if I recall.

There is no field for SMTP or pop3 on the call pilot. You need to load the software on the recipient machine that points to the cp ip address.

We have the cp100 on the network- we can access the unit thru the desk top to do voice mail programming. We have no fields showing up for any type of computer info or in class of service no unified options. Am i missing some software ???

Yes the Client Software I spoke of.....that is where all the programming is.

It is in the "Optional Software" on the CD that comes with the CP.

On the manual just look for the type of email program they have and follow that.

The only thing you may see on the Callpilot is a host name otherwise nothing else to do on the Callpilot.

Like Curl said it is software you load on the PC. The voice mail is put into a callpiolt folder in outlook it is not with your emails.
