I have a customer that has been complaining of all calls going directly to voice mail without their phone ringing.
A technician on site was not able to correct the problem. Currently when callers call in they get the Auto Attendant after three rings. From there the caller will select from the options or enter an extension number. After entering the extension number the call will be transferred directly to the extensions mail box and not ring the extension at all. We have verified that the extensions to have Call Forward on 6 Rings and Call Forward on busy was set to No. Please not this is happening on all sets system wide and does not seem to be a localized problem.
Do any of your Nortel Guru's have an idea.
