Recently installed a MICS 6.1 with call pilot 100 R2.0.
I added a transfer node to the CCR tree to transfer the caller to an external number.
When I try to use this option the system gives me a voice prompt saying that the routing information is incorrect.According to the Call pilot manual you do not have to enter routing info for this feature to work. Any ideas on what I can do to correct this problem?

It depends how you are trying to xfer, and what type of lines you are using. The ports cant be restricted, outdial has to be allowed...many things

What line pool did you tell it to dial out on? If it is A you have to enter 1 in the tree configuration.
Dmac,

If you are going out of a PRI you do have to use routing information. Just select a pool that you are not using as the dial out then for the number you would enter the
Desti Code + phone nember.

Thanks for the replies. All lines in system are pots lines assigned to pool A. I assigned transfer to a path in ccr tree with outdial assigned to pool 1. assigned access to pool A on voice mail ports tried entering the destination telephone number with a leading 9 and with out the 9. still getting the system voice prompt that the routing for this call is incorrect. any ideas?
