Admin made changes (new greeting) to greeting AA and now caused a change that now if you press one #1 for directory (during the greeting) it states" press # and type in last name etc! Prior to that it would allow you to press the #1 and reach another announcement which gave you a company directory list which you could punch an ext#'s and be transfered to that particuliar. Thanks in advance.

sounds like the CCR Tree is disabled for that Greeting Table

we went thru it and it was enabled next to each of the settings ie morn;afternoon;evening etc, but we will check it again just to make sure.

# by default is to get to directory (dial by name)
0 - home
1 - another menu prompt with the list of extension

how is your ccr setup? did you save as the active tree after recording?

Unless you've had some kind of formal system admin training, you really should call your vendor on this kind of stuff before you get yourself in a real jam there Buddy.
