Have a new install that customer has question about, not sure if it is possible. They have 2 companies with 2 telco lines each, they want separate greetings for the separate companies (no prob), but the routing will go to the same phones for either company/department. They want to have the display on the ringing phone show the call for the different department (ie, company 1=sales, company 1-service, etc.)so they can answer appropriately, I told them to just answer with their names and the lines on the phones will be labeled for the different companies. I just wanted to make sure there was not any other way. I don't see hunt groups in 6.1, I thought that maybe the only way it could possibly do what they want.
