HI! i am doing some toll fraud preventive changes ,, i can't seem to find where to change mailbox password length ,, change it from 4 digit to 6,, i have checked every program in the call pilot and no its not in COS,, i guess it is a hidden 1 ,, or do i need to connect a serial 9db cable to it. Any help ,,i have killed a zillion brain cells.

Call pilot 100 Mbx password needs to be 6 digits??

You cant, its 4 to 8....users put in what they want.
Be more concerned with "Trivial passwords" check box in programming.
Password like 1234 or 11111 will be denied this way.
Check for External Transfer in mailbox or COS too and deny as need.
Check no lines are answered Auto with DISA.
